She showed up to the first meeting prepared, with a knowledge of the history of the property and a first rate understanding of the market. Although the house needed a lot of cosmetic work done on it, she saw the underlying value and her estimate of the sale price bracketed the eventual sale price perfectly. During the pre sales period she assisted us with advice, recommendations for first rate tradespeople and handled a two week delay in listing with complete calm and understanding. She also gave us useful tips of presentation of the property. During the campaign her reports, formal and informal, were timely and informative, presenting both good news and bad without varnish or panic. She assessed the market very well and, when we got an offer, gave us a clear and cogent analysis of why we should accept it. We were very lucky to have her with us and I believe her work more than paid for her commission.
