Sophie has an ability to relate to people, she's approachable, accessible, professional and demonstrates a sound knowledge of the market place. Her team are up to date with evolving trends in buying/selling properties eg., on-line auctions, photography, brochures. Any queries we had were answered promptly with ease. The property was thoroughly cleaned prior to us taking possession for which we were very grateful. Sophie creates win/win outcomes for both sellers and buyers. We've purchased and sold many times over the years but this was the easiest and most enjoyable purchase we have ever made.

We felt supported and cared about throughout the process. Communication was good. Every request to Rachel was dealt with promptly and pleasantly. Kelsey 18/12/19
