Sophie is a terrific Agent. She is professional and well informed about the property market. As a vendor, my confidence in her was reinforced by her mature, calm and considered approach to business. I would recommend Sophie (or anyone in her team) to any vendor OR buyer.

Kim and Sophie worked hard to get our purchase “across the line.” They approached issues with a positive attitude and seemed well aware of their responsibilities to both us as purchasers and the vendor. We would highly recommend them to anyone contemplating real estate transactions in Coolangatta.

We have used Sophie Carter Properties for our last four property deals over a number of years. Cannot speak highly enough of her and her team. Professional, cheerful and precise. Peter and Heather Coleman on the Gold Coast.

Thanks Soph for completing the sale of our unit. You are an agent that many other agents should take some lessons from! Thank you for your perseverance and honesty in relation to all aspects of the process. We would not hesitate in using your services again.

Could not recommend Sophie and her team enough! We bought and sold our first home with Sophie and the S/C team and both sides of the process were seamless and resulted in achieving exactly what we wanted. We have now moved on to bigger and better times however, if we ever get back into the property Market we wouldn’t hesitate to call Sophie.

We recently purchased a property through Sophie Carter's agency. Sophie and her staff were always helpful and very professional in every way. Would thoroughly recommend Sophie and her staff to any property sellers or purchasers.

very professional with excellent support from her office

Sophie, Cara and the team were fantastic to work with the whole way through the sales process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only did Sophie get me a great result, she was honest, caring and informative. I had complete confidence in Sophie and her team and they delivered. Highly recommended!

This is my third transaction with Sophie and her wonderful team as a buyer and seller. I would recommend Sophie to anyone wishing to experience a stress free transaction delivered with a great knowledge of the market and a warm friendly smile.

Great team. Worked hard for both parties to bring everything together. The process was very smooth right through settlement. I would highly recommend.

Sophie is a fantastic agent and I would recommend her to both buyers and sellers. I have been an agent for 30 years myself and employed a lot of salespeople and agents, Sophie would have a place on our team anyday - She is highly professional, knowledgeable and committed. A credit to her and her team

All went well dealing with Sophie. Would highly recommend Sophie if you have any Real Estate interests.
