As our property was not a very desirable type for the purchasers with the price level we preferred which was very challenging to sell at that time. We tried some other agents to market our property to sell however the result was not positive. As we had to sell in that price level for our new home as soon as possible, so we were disappointed and frustrated then. However, it was a perfect time to know how good an agent is when selling a property in a challenging situation. Finally, we decided to list our property to Sophie to give it a try. As a matter of result, Sophie presented that she was the best reliable and most talent agent -- she found the best suitable purchasers and got the very acceptable offer at the same day, then sold our property at the same day!!! Listed and sold in one day!!!! This was unbelievable and fantastic!!!! We were really impressed with Sophie, she is very knowledgeable and super effective!! She knows the market and the purchasers’ buying points very well!! Sophie is an amazing agent, very professional, handwork & trustworthy, we highly recommend Sophie!!! My husband and I worked with Sophie to sell our first home and really can’t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Selling a home in this market is challenging, but working with Sophie made it as painless and straightforward as possible. She gave great advice about a few small things we could do and was able to sell our house for tens of thousands more than another agent we met with had suggested. For me, I thought selling the house would be the most stressful part of the process, but Sophie was incredible and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommended!

Sophie is a great agent who helped me selling my property 825 Toorak Road. She works hard and puts herself in my position when she is working. She act as a professional agent as well as a great friend. Sophie is also the first agent I can think of when I want to buy a property. I believe she is able to satisfy both buyer and vendor’s needs and made them both accept deal happily.

Good agent, hardworking and deal maker.
