Spring is professional and sincere, who kept us frequently informed throughout the sales campaign. Her genuine caring attitude and solid professional knowledge reassured my anxiety in a very challenging market. The outcome met my expectation. I would highly recommend Spring to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.
Spring was a great asset to our campaign with good knowledge of the locality and market conditions. Her contacts and pleasant personality were important when building relationships with potential buyers, particularly from within the Asian market. Her patience and tenacity during the negotiation phase assisted us greatly in securing the sale of our property. Thank you Spring!
Friendly! Always put the smile on her face. very responsible and good skills
Spring is a very pleasant and knowledgeable agent. Accommodative and helpful with any queries.
Spring was a member of the team that sold my property. I found her to be a pleasure to work with and she kept me updated with what was happening with my sale
We've used Spring's team twice now within a handful of years and wouldn't consider using anyone else. They are so professional, organised, and know the market well.
I would reckon everyone likes Spring. Just like her name, she brings warmth to clients. With genuine delightful and caring attitude and great communication skills, Spring is an invaluable team member. She has always been approachable throughout the time when our property was on the market, offering us sufficient feedback and assurance. Thank you very much for your assistance and we wish you all the best in your future career! Peter and Carol.
Thank you all very much for your hard work in selling our house. It wasn’t a smooth one due to the impact of changes in legislations, bank loans and China’s control of cash flow to overseas on property market. The negative impact is very significant in Doncaster. We didn’t get many serious buyers interested but Tim was resilient and remained positive throughout the selling process, that was great leadership to the team! We thought it would be very difficult to sell our house even we agreed to reduce the selling price but your hard work, flexibility and strong negotiation skills had made it happened, fantastic! We also appreciate the positive attitude and generosity of Fletchers in giving us the flower and the hamper in advance before auction, that was warming! Thanks again for Tim and Spring for all your high energy level, great work ethic, persistence, hard work, professionalism and understanding in the sale of our home, you all are very nice, friendly and respectful. We hope God will bless Fletchers and your business would remain strong throughout this down turn in property market.
We found Spring to be a genuinely warm & caring person. She earned our trust very quickly with her astute advice, and we had great confidence in her ability - and she delivered! We were very happy with the entire Fletchers team.
