Spring is a crucial member of the Tim Heavyside/Fletchers team. Giving a warm and friendly welcome to potential buyers. She is organised, professional and punctual. She provided detailed feedback to me after each opening. She worked very effectively with Tim on auction day to get me a result I was very happy with.
Spring was a critical part of the Fletchers / Tim Heavyside side for the sale of our property. Her consummate skill in dealing with Chinese buyers in particular is nothing short of extraordinary. A wonderful person and an even better negotiator. Thank you for working with us.
She made the whole process of buying a house so much quicker and easier than I'd been told it would be. It took two days from inspection to purchase. She was always easy to contact and very friendly.
Spring assisted in the making the selling of our family home stress free experience. The communication was excellent and we were kept updated throughout the entire campaign which was very much appreciated. She was able to adapt to our needs, and achieved an excellent result. We would definitely recommend.
Spring is a tremendous asset and was instrumental in the smooth running of the campaign. She is hardworking, highly professional with intimate local knowledge. I would highly recommend.
I found Spring Chen to be very pleasant, quite knowledgeable and a great asset in the sale of my family home due to the expected interest from the Chinese community. I highly recommend her as an effective agent, especially with her ability to liase with prospective Chinese buyers in the Balwyn/North Balwyn and neighbouring suburbs, in making the advertising period and concequential sale a smoother process, benefitting both buyers and sellers.
Spring, I admire the effectiveness of you and your team
