Very professional and easy to deal with

Stacey has been fantastic from the start. I have a unique situation with my house, we had purchased a dud many years ago, but didn't know, as we did the required searches, and it wasnt until we tried to sell the house, and more extensive searches were done by the buyer, that we found out we had issues. This caused me to loose a significant amount of money on the house, it was very upsetting time. Stacey came in and was like a fairy godmother. Stacey speaks the truth, not fluff, which is how I liked it, I like facts and too the point. Stacey layed it out on the table and said these are your options, none of them were good, but they weren't going to get any better. Stacey worked with me and we made a sale together. Bought a house sight unseen from brisbane through Stacey, process was easy and stress free with regular communication with Stacey right through to settlement. She even did the pre-settlement inspection on a Sunday which was most appreciated.
