The property was unique in terms of comparable properties and as such market appraisal was more difficult. Stacey provided me with a comprehensive report and suggested strategy which gave me confidence in the marketing plan. We faced a significant hurdle when the bank valuer on behalf of the purchaser valued the property significantly lower than the sale price. Stacey demonstrated her strategic agility, recommended that the buyer request a second valuation, Stacey subsequently provided the new valuer with an unsolicited report, demonstrating the current market and comparable property sales to establish the baseline sale price. The new valuer agreed with Stacey’s appraisal and valued the property at the sale price. Selling a property in a different town can be difficult, however not with Stacey on board! She has a great wealth of knowledge and experience selling properties in Mackay. She went that extra mile to ensure the property was presented to maximise the potential sale value. From marketing, staging, timing of sale and final negotiation.
