The property was unique in terms of comparable properties and as such market appraisal was more difficult. We faced a significant hurdle when the bank valuer on behalf of the purchaser valued the property significantly lower than the sale price. The new valuer agreed with Stacey’s appraisal and valued the property at the sale price.
