Stacey was amazing! Firstly we were with a large agency by the bay and were promised the world. After a lot of over-priced work on the property and 2 requests to drop the price we moved to Eastside Property and Stacey. She had been our original first choice and I now realised we were seduced by the talk, Instagram and Social media outputs by the original bayside group. With Stacey we then undertook strategic changes to the property and within 2 weeks Stacey had an offer that was over 50k more than where we were at with the previous group. She looked after us like we were her only clients (I know we weren’t) but the focus she gave us was phenomenal. It is clearly better to be a larger fish and get the attention than a smaller fish amongst a shoal. Well done and a massive thank you Stacey ❤️
