Overall Stella was a good agent to deal with. Everything ran smoothly with the settlement and hand over of the property. Stella also has good knowledge of the Joondalup area & the property. My only feedback would be that Stella could improve her communication as at times I had to chase her up for things, or information in her messages wasn’t accurate/had spelling errors. However, everything worked out in the end and I am happy with the overall outcome!
