Experience was good. Stella achieved a quick sale for the property at a price we were very happy with. Only problem we had was with the buyers bank which delayed settlement, however we know that Stella had very little control (if any) over this. My only feedback for Stella is that she take a little more care in her written communication. I may be a little picky but if someone sends me emails, etc I like the spelling to at least be correct and the correct references made. For example this request from "ratemyagent" is addressed correctly to Stephen and Jenny but then goes on to say it is a request from Stella which is addressed to Geoff and Sue!
