We recently bought a house with Stella as our agent and would definitely recommend her - she was open and prompt with communication throughout the whole process, gave us an honest negotiation process to ensure both parties received a fair offer (it didn't feel like she was 'on the seller's side' as some agents are) and carefully explained the house purchase process to us, which was really helpful as we come from the UK where it works quite differently.
