I'm glad we used her we got the price we wanted and a quick sale

Stella is an expert in the area, she worked very hard for us to find a buyer in what was a lower than expected market season. Her communication with us at every stage of the sale was excellent, and she was flexible, accommodating and always responded to our queries promptly. We highly recommend Stella.

Stella was great recommended things to do with our house to get a better sale. Had home open every weekend kept us informed all the time . Got us the sale we wanted. Lovely Lady to work with .Had a lot of clients looking at our house. Did a great job thank you Stella . Will definitely recommend you.

We recently bought a house with Stella as our agent and would definitely recommend her - she was open and prompt with communication throughout the whole process, gave us an honest negotiation process to ensure both parties received a fair offer (it didn't feel like she was 'on the seller's side' as some agents are) and carefully explained the house purchase process to us, which was really helpful as we come from the UK where it works quite differently. Stella also worked with the seller's to enable us to move in and have carpets fitted before the official completion date, which was really helpful to us. Thank you Stella!

Stella made the sale of my property a pleasurable task in a difficult market. Thanks for everything.

Stella really impressed me with her local knowledge of the area and her insights. She is so friendly and approachable. She is a brilliant agent who makes sure everything is easy and sorted with all the i's dotted and the t's crossed! We'd love to work with Stella again!!

We were very impressed with the Stella experience when she recently sold our property. All of her recommendations and decisions were based on evidence and experience. Her methodical and structured approach translated into a relatively quick sale of our property in which we realised very good value for it. Highly recommended.

Stella was great at communicating and keeping us informed every step of the way. She was always made herself available even after hours. She made the process very smooth with only minor hiccups occurring but being dealt with quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Our house sold really quickly. What probably contributed to that was Stella's knowledge of the current house market in our area enabling a realistic price setting, coupled with superb marketing, including great photos and description of the house. Harcourt's presentation was excellent and even we said "wow, look at that - gotta buy it!"

Stella was terrific during the time we had our house for sale. She had great knowledge of the area and homes for sale and was available for further enquiries till late at night. She was great with communicating between ourselves and other parties involved in transactions to do with house. She had a client base already looking in the area to purchase and I thought she was friendly, cheerful and encouraging (its not easy to be selling anytime but we had our house on the market in Dec at christmas time). With 2 home opens the house was sold a fantastic effort. She was helpful and tried to make the transactions as smooth as possible for us. Stella always has a personable approach I felt comfortable with her, she could answer any questions we had and is very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her

We found stella very efficient, knowledgeable and honest when we dealt with her. Always got back to us on any questions we had. Throughly recommend her to anyone.
