Stella worked well in an unusually quiet market to secure our asking price over the christmas period which is commonly know to be a quiet buying period. Stella was able to secure the right buyer at the right time, we have already reffered her to three of our old neighbours and are looking foward to seeing how they go when they put there houses on the market.
We recently bought a house through Stella. She was helpful and approachable throughout the process and made our first time buying experience that bit easier. Stella has a great knowledge of the Joondalup area and I always felt that she was fair and open throughout our dealings with her.
From day one Stella worked with us to advise on preparation and presentation through to our first Home Open. We formed a team and with Stella as team leader we achieved our goal in just eight days. This lady is a professional, she knows her stuff and if you work WITH her you cannot fail. Thank you Stella and we believe your future and dreams are assured. With much appreciation from Chris and Ken Johnson. Feb 2016
Thanks for assisting us with the sale of our Joondalup property which sold first home open. We found Stella to be enthusiastic, always communicating at all stages of the process and a pleasure to deal with. You won't be disappointed using this agent
continiue to follow up, aganrt could have been a a bit more proactive
Stella not only sold my house at the first home open but also achieved a price above what I had expected. She provided me with two cash buyers one of whom secured the property within 48 hours of the first opening. Stella's knowledge of the area provided a realistic target price given the state of the market and I was happy with the outcome. Whilst my property was near impeccable, Stella still suggested a few tweaks to obtain top dollar and/or a quick sale and I followed that advice, whether I agreed with it or not, and achieved both. I suggest you do the same. Thanks Stella!
We found Stella McLean from Harcourts Alliance - Joondalup to be a very professional real estate agent. She showed us a couple of properties in the Joondalup Central precinct and having settled on the one we liked, she guided us through the purchase process from making the offer to settlement. She was always available to answer any questions that we had. It's often said that buying a property can be stressful, but Stella ensured that this was not the case with our transaction. We would definitely recommend Stella to our family and friends.
It was a privilege to work with Stella in the sale of our house, she showed enthusiasm in obtaining the sale and negotiating a realistic settlement price for our house. Stella was always very professional, punctual, friendly and efficient during the process of selling our house.
Having bought and sold properties in the UK and Australia, I found this one by far the best and easiest for me, Stella managed to sell my property within two days for the full asking price, and it all happened with no problems at all. I highly recommend Stella to sell your property. Regards Steve
Stella achieved the sale price I wanted for my house within the time frame I was hoping for. I would highly recommend using Stella to anyone who appreciates honesty and integrity. Two other agents had tried to sell my house in the past.
