Stephanie and her team has not only leased and managed my property for about 1.5 years, but also recently facilitated the sale of it. As I'm based in NSW I found working with Stephanie to be a great experience. She was very good in communicating, managing my expectations and a joy to work with. I have full trust in her, and she has never disappointed me. Owning and managing a property interstate can be challenging, however, Stephanie has made it an easy, joyous and memorable experience. I would highly recommend that you engage her for your property needs!

Stephanie Briers has been very professional in her approach and communication for the purchase of the property in Perth and without her assistance it would not be possible for me to buy interstate property. She has thoroughly carried out the property walk through and helped in sales negotiation cycle and finally handover to the property management team. I wish to engage her in future.

Stephanie was referred to me and from the moment she introduced herself to the end of our interactions at completion of sale Stephanie was always available - day or evening - 7 days a week. Stephanie took us through the entire process and professionally managed our expectations at every step of the journey. Additionally, through Stephanie's skilful management of the sale process I believe she delivered the best outcome for us, the vendor while also providing excellent customer service to all the potential buyers. If you are considering selling your house I would highly recommend that you contact Stephanie and allow her to take you through the process that she could run for you.

Stephanie was excellent to deal with. Professional, excellent communication and handled the process calmly and orderly throughout and ensured we got a good deal. Represented us very well, very pleased.

Stephanie kept us well-informed at all times with solid communication and attention to detail. Very happy with her service and would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to sell a property.

I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie as my real estate agent and I couldn’t be happier with her services. Stephanie was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and maintained excellent communication. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a top notch real estate agent.
