Team BT presented in a very professional manner making our selection of a selling agency much easier. They kept us in the loop with regular communication as promised with their pitch and were always very willing to do that little but extra to aid the process. The end result was an excellent outcome for us the vendors achieving a price well in excess of what we expected and also in excess of what all the agencies indicated. Great advice and service. I have known Karen and Stephen for some time and was watching them in market for the last seven months and what they were doing as selling your biggest asset is the most important thing you could do.
