I would recommend Stephen any time. His property knowledge is excellent. I especially very impressed with his negotiation skills when selling my apartment. He was able to lift the positive aspect of the apartment. He was able to quickly understand his client's and customers' needs and therefore able to provide a meaningful conversation that will engage their interests. He tells the truth and did not use pressure technique to sell the property. Very trustworthy and showed high integrity.

Stephen did Job well done with the sale. Stephen is a very professional agent who is dedicated and provided great communication. I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of selling their property.
I decided to sell right before heading overseas to pursue a career opportunity, so for the whole selling process I was remotely located, which adds quite a bit more uncertainty and nervousness. However, Stephen removed all those uncertainties by proactively keeping me posted regardless of the different time zones. He fully understood my needs and genuinely looked after my interests by achieving the results I desired. I highly recommend Stephen as the agent to go to for selling in Chatswood!
Stephen and his colleagues at Laing + Simmons were prompt in calling me back or sending me reports or information that I requested. I am also appreciative of the fact that they were mindful of my specific request about when to contact me. Stephen also gave me some insight about potential buyers which was quite helpful for planning our strategy.
