I recently purchased a property that was being sold by Stephen. Stephen acted for the vendors but through my dealings with him, I would like to engage Stephen to sell my property in the future. Responsiveness: I found Stephen to be very responsive. He will reply to my email/phone queries within a day and if not shorter. He will also make himself available outside of normal business hours to accommodate me. This trait is very important to a purchaser in keeping the momentum and in my opinion expedited the sale process. Genuine: I found Stephen to be friendly, genuine and helpful. He will give me his honest opinions on things and maintains a good balance between representing the vendors and helping the purchaser without an agenda. Going above and beyond: This is a really valuable characteristic of both Stephen and Marriott Lane because it improved the customer experience of a stressful process. Stephen, Stuart and the team and Marriott Lane went above and beyond in their engagement - from little things like asking interested buyers to take off their shoes for inspections, giving recommendations and referrals for services and putting nice finishing touches once the property is sold!
