Recently we engaged Steve to sell our investment unit in Little Bay. We had been speaking to Steve for some time and as soon as the unit was vacant Steve sprung into action to begin the marketing campaign. He kept us constantly informed as to progress and the unit sold at auction for what he told us from the outset. Besides this he is a very nice guy to deal with and his commission is reasonable.

We had some curly issues going on with Strata which Steve managed without a flinch. Sadly, Steve had a death in his family whilst we were away. Nick filled in for him....totally seamless. The day before we arrived home, Steve had an unconditional sale. Price was as forecast. Steve and Nick took care of gardens, cleaning, presentation, photos and advertising. I signed the contact on the morning of my return to Oz. Cannot fault a single thing in Steve's management of our sale. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
