So this is the second property that Steve has sold for us and the second local market record price he has achieved for us. What more can you ask of an agent? Our property had over 60 groups come through within 2 weeks of being on the market, 15 groups had come through before our property was even advertised which was a direct result of Steve's extensive database of buyers. The other advantage of having such a local agent was that whilst we were away, Steve was able to show buyers through at anytime during the day at the time most convenient for buyers, this ultimately got us the our buyer. Steve was excellent at keeping us up to date throughout the whole champaign and during the negotiations he was tireless in achieving a result that was beyond our expectation. The man must never sleep. Apart from great at selling properties, we had also originally bought our two properties off Steve and were impressed with him when purchasing off him, hence using him to sell our properties. I believe a lot of Steve's customers are repeat customers for the same reason. Steve can not come more highly recommended.
