Steve was immediately on the sale when we offered it to him. Photos, contracts, etc were no problem. He kept his keen buyers close, never missed an opportunity to assist in any of their queries. We know this because he always kept us in the loop, whether good news or bad (rare) and really came through to get a quick sale before auction at a price we couldn't refuse.
