During the process of constructions Steve was always available to assist with any inquiries and was prompt in keeping me apprised of the progress - this was excellent considering I had moved to Singapore during the construction. When I decided to sell the property Steve was there again to provide sound advice and using his extensive knowledge was able to market and sell the property for a good price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve to any prospective buyer or seller.

Steve offered my wife's grandparents a service rarely seen in agent practice today. After using Steve with three other property purchases in the past I tonight I'd approach him with my new property challenge at hand.
