Steve offered my wife's grandparents a service rarely seen in agent practice today. After using Steve with three other property purchases in the past I tonight I'd approach him with my new property challenge at hand. That being moving my wife's grandparents in their late 80's into Little Bay from Western Sydney. We had a number of challenges against us no more than getting elderly through property with lack of mobility through too no listings on the market at the time of our pursuit to buy. With these 2 challenges in mind Steve made a proactive suggestion, that he approachins every 1 bedroom owner in little bay with out situation. i cannot find the right words to say a bout Steve, really he is one of the best real state person he is ( honest , serious and helpful ) i will not forget his helping to me when i forget my keys inside my unit , and he helped me and send me to someone else working with him to get copy of my key.
