Steve is a fantastic, well-rounded agent. He is easy to talk to and connects well with everyone he interacts with. He can be trusted to provide good advice on the real estate market, particularly in the Gungahlin area. He was helpful and responsive as we got our property ready for sale and guided us through the process once the property was on the market. He was also great in closing the sale. Buying is a stressful process and a dodgy agent is just not worth it! Bought a property with Steven just on the week before the auction. Steven has been working as a messenger between my solicitor and seller solicitor. He has been trying his best to push everything through smoothly and resolve any unclear matter immediately. He also very helpful after the settlement. The owner has forgotten to left my some information on some household appliances, and Steven was trying to retrieve it from the owner for me.

We had a fantastic experience with Steven. Before we found our house we were looking closely at a another place with a different realestate. They were pushy treated like you were the next commission. Steve was not like this we felt comfortable and safe which is important as it was our first home and new to the whole process. He explained every step above what he needed too.
