What can I say? When I first met with Steve to discuss the preparation and sale of my home I was deep in negotiations with other agents. Being that I was living away and working rotating shifts communication and my availability was always going to be an issue. I need someone that was understanding of my position, someone that was willing to cut through the crap, and most of all someone that I could trust to stick to our game plan without needing to contact me to make all of the small decisions. Steve was all of that and more! Not only did he keep everything very simple and to the point, he was instrumental in making things come together all at the right time. Steve was even on top of my contractors acting as a project manager of sorts, keeping them and myself informed of deadlines that needed to be met and the timing of the next step. To be honest, I wouldn't like to think of how things would have gone if Steve hadn't have been recommended to me and if I had have gone with one of the other three agents that I had been speaking with for some time. A man that can carry himself with unfaultering professionalism whist remaining humble, and generous enough to go that extra mile without breaking a sweat or a nail, then is genuine enough to sit down, breathe a sigh of of relief, and crack a cold beer with you at the end of a hard days work is worth his weight in gold.
Steve was terrific. He kept in touch to make sure I was happy about open houses, and other issues to do with my auction. I know he worked very hard following up people who attended open times, & let me know feedback. I was extremely happy to sell number 42 after a 3-week campaign! What a relief! I have several of Steve's business cards & I shall certainly give them to friends wanting to sell or buy real estate. My friends who kept me company at my auction were also impressed with Steve.
Steve was highly professional through out the whole process, he made us feel involved at every stage. Steve showed our home with respect and honest. No question or issue was to much. We will be highly recommending Steve to family and friends who are selling next.
