It was a great experience dealing with Steve who helped us sell three properties lately! He was very patient to explain the issues and always kept us informed of every step in the processes. He did heaps of research to help us set reasonable expectations, and develop marketing strategies to achieve and exceed those expectations.

We cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He was patient while we decided if we wanted to sell or renovate, gave us great advice and had great connections to trades. He was also instrumental in finding us a wonderful block of land for our new home when land was very hard to find. Our listing went live just before covid lockdown and he negotiated the uncertainty of the covid process, inspections and auction with calm and poise. And then finally, when things didn't go our way at auction, no-one could have worked harder to get us a great result that we were incredibly happy with. He was honest, straightforward and communicated extremely well, even under pressure. He promised he would bring his A-game, and he certainly did. We'd recommend him to anyone selling their home.
