We choose Steve because he was professional, well spoken and not pushy. He has achieved a good price despite lockdown and the home not being open to the buyers. Steve is very client focused and looks after both buyer’s and seller’s interests, no request is too small for Steve. However people selling with Steve should consider that he’s quite busy being the sole auctioneer for Hive. There could a time pressure if there are back to back auctions, for our case we thought he could have pushed it a bit more during the auction. If you consider him as auctioneer, please go through his online auctions before you make a decision. For the sales part I can vouch for Steve, I think his subtle sales skills tick with buyers. If we sell with him again we would pick another auctioneer and let Steve do the selling part only.
