"Sale by Auction". In a market that is "bubbling" along in 2016 Steve got a "result" for our home in Mulgrave. From market appraisal, to getting our home ready for market, to open for inspections, Steve held our hand along the way. On the day however our house was passed in. But due to good communication skills with a emotional buyer Steve got a result. Now lets face it on auction day everyone is tense. We as sellers were for certainly emotional as were the real estate agents. So a good result all round at the end of the day.
