Well, where do I start...... We had our home on the market with another agent in Copacabana and we wanted to buy another property that the agent we were dealing with at the time was selling, and of course, the previous agent had ours and the house we wanted on their books. Then the previous agent lost the contract on the one we wanted to buy, and Steve Nixon from McGrath got the contract, so I knew it was going to be sold fairly soon and because of this we didn't want to muck around at the time. Our contract was about to expire with the previous agent, so we quickly decided to contact McGrath, which I am so pleased we did. Because as previously stated the other agent had our home with them for over six months, with no offers and Mr Steven Nixon of McGrath Terrigal had our home for 3 days and it was sold instantly. So I think this letter speaks for itself in regards to what I think of McGrath.
