He arranged photos that showed the property in such a positive light it was incredible. Was quick to respond to any questions even late at night. He knew the area well & could give me a estimate of the price at auction that was true, neither under nor over. His costs were reasonable, a flat price that worked out a cupple of thousand below what it would have been through L J Hooker. Overall I'm more than happy with the service offered & would recommend him with pleasure.
Steve is a very engaging individual who obviously has a great passion for the work that he does. He kept us informed of the process and progress of our sale regularly. He communicated a strong belief of the value of our property which was consistent with our expectation, and he held that view to the point of sale. The property at the start was over-crowded with furniture; he advised that as a consequence buyers would find it difficult to visualize the value, and it might take a little longer to sell . We had very high expectations when we decided to sell our unit, and so took careful consideration when choosing an agent to do so. Right from the beginning we felt Steve was professional and down to business. There was no pressure or over the top sales/marketing speak, but a genuine interest to listen to our thoughts, answer our questions, guide us at every step of the process, keep us informed, and do that little bit extra. Steve was always courteous, enthusiastic and prompt, arriving earlier than promised on the day of the first open home and giving it the resources required (3 people) to efficiently managing through the property. However it was the end result that really said it all - we agreed to terms with the eventual buyer on the first business day after the first open home, and at a record price, well above even our upper expectations.
