We had very high expectations when we decided to sell our unit, and so took careful consideration when choosing an agent to do so. Right from the beginning we felt Steve was professional and down to business. There was no pressure or over the top sales/marketing speak, but a genuine interest to listen to our thoughts, answer our questions, guide us at every step of the process, keep us informed, and do that little bit extra.
