The agent had great product knowledge and area knowledge. It would have been good to have longer times available for viewing of the house but it seams that Queensland only offers slight windows on a day. The home was placed on the market without a price which we found slightly miss leading. It would have been better had this been accurate as to what they wanted. As with all agents -they tried to negotiate more money. The is really frustrating as the next house I consider I will purposefully go about $10k less to negotiate to my price. Overall Steve has been available to us and taken all calls on this home.
