With the strong interest and expected turnout, Steve was able to call upon his peers (4) to assist during the open home and make sure all opportunities were identified and actioned.
Once the contract process occurred it was smooth sailing with effective, non-intrusive communication throughout, up until and continued since the house was handed over to the new owner.
