Steve was up front and honest about the sale prospects for my house. After completing work on the house inside and out on a Wednesday, photos were taken on the Thursday morning and the house was listed later that day. Steve conducted 16 private viewings on the Saturday and more on the Sunday. This was a really significant effort taking the entire day. This was at Easter so a time which would normally see people relaxing. He received an offer over the weekend which was acceptable to me and provided appropriate advice.
