Steve gave me excellent tips to improve first impressions on the property. Inside, he suggested minor fixes that greatly improved the presentation, such as in laundry and bathroom. After the initial open house, the interest was quite high. On his own initiative, Steve engaged a certifier, to ensure with ACTPA, that sale can be realised in challenging circumstance where, as a vendor, I did not have proper granny flat certificate. In spite of changing selling format, the property sold above its certified valuer's estimate.
