My total experience with this agent was via phone/email. I have never personally met Steve, but I found him most helpful and was I believe genuine in his negotiations between myself the seller of the property and the buyer. Steve was very prompt at all times keeping me up to date on any feedback he had from prospective buyers and basically every step of the way he ensured I was aware of the progression of the sale and what was required from both buyer and seller. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Steve as my agent.
