We have bought and sold several homes and dealt with different agents over the years and Steve by far tops them all. He was available at all times if we had any queries and even went out of his way to source several items for our new home. He treats buyers and sellers with equal importance and won't hesitate to offer assistance where required. His work ethic, enthusiasm, professionalism and business knowledge is outstanding and we will be dealing with Steve in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending Steve for any real estate needs.

Steve was outstanding in helping me purchase my new home. He went beyond his job in order to help me in a very stressful time. I had only a few weeks left to find somewhere to live or my daughter and I were going to be homeless. I had a limited financial position and my settlement of my property in Bullsbrook needed to coincide. Steve not only made this all happen but also managed to get us in early. His personality putting me at ease and getting urgent documents to me in lighting speed. Thanks to Steve my daughter and I have a awesome home next to the beach which we love. Can’t thank you enough.

Kathy and Steve were fantastic at helping us sell our property. They kept us well informed, offered advice and assistance with marketing, dealing with conveyancers and made sure the house was well presented. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
