Steven’s experience and knowledge in the Glenhaven area is an asset to both the vendor and buyer. Our dealings with Steven throughout our buying journey over a few months demonstrated his approachable nature as he carefully listened to what we were looking for in a property.

We have known Steve for several years and we selected him on the basis of his personality, professionalism and communicate and we trusted him to work in our best interest. Our market timing was not ideal, especially with Covid-19, while lending rates were very favourable, the available buyers was somewhat limited. It seemed to us that most people wanted a boring flat block and didn't really appreciate the property being offered. We think Steve handled the inspections well and we have no doubt he was pushing for a sales as we were under a short exchange period. When we did receive a firm offer it was unrealistically low, so there would heave been lots of communication that Steve handled in the closing days. It was unfortunate that we fell short of our ideal sale price, somewhat disappointed but nevertheless the sale proceeded as planned. Steve is a very likeable, down to earth person, he also has some good people around him. We think Steve knows the market very well, although Covid-19 certainly confused the market for buyers. We think one of Steve's greatest strengths is his communication skills, quite exceptional really! There are certainly many real estate agents who could learn about excellent communication from Steve, including some of our national companies! Thank you Steve.

Going into buying a home we were expecting to deal with high pressure and lies about other buyers, but Steve was honest and upfront with all information. He helped us to work effectively with the vendor to come to a price and terms that suited both parties. He helped us to interpret building reports and parts of the contract, and even though we were hesitant to put much faith in what he was saying (he was the agent for the vendor, after all), he turned out to be thuthful and trying to do what was best for us as well. When we were unsure if a place was in our budget, he encouraged us to look at other options rather than over-stretch. Overall it was a pleasure to work with Steve.
