Steven and his team gave us a price estimate, which we knew was accurate. However, when we said we wanted half a million dollars more, Steven said they'd try but... He sold our unit within a week without any advertising or stylising of the unit and got us the extra half a million dollars. Apart from his and his team's expertise, they were very personable to deal with. We have never had a better real estate agent and we have bought and sold properties many times!
