Steven was not very approachable; it was primarily Sandra who assisted me in securing the house. While Steven did help identify some issues during the final inspection, he did so quickly and seemed uninterested. In my opinion, Sandra was the key to making the process a success. Great communication and attention to details

Stephen started off well, he was keen and proactive, but as the process progressed, communication felt rushed and reliability became an issue after the offer was made. We also encountered a Commission % dispute that required the Principal’s intervention to have it resolved. Unfortunately, certain aspects of the overall experience left us feeling let down, both in terms of service and transparency, which was disappointing for all parties involved.
