Steven was not very approachable; it was primarily Sandra who assisted me in securing the house. If anyone deserves recognition, it’s Sandra for her professionalism and commitment from the very start. While Steven did help identify some issues during the final inspection, he did so quickly and seemed uninterested. In my opinion, Sandra was the key to making the process a success.
