Steven was not very approachable; it was primarily Sandra who assisted me in securing the house. If anyone deserves recognition, it’s Sandra for her professionalism and commitment from the very start. While Steven did help identify some issues during the final inspection, he did so quickly and seemed uninterested. In my opinion, Sandra was the key to making the process a success. She provided clear and honest advice from the beginning, which ultimately led to me purchasing this wonderful home. I have no regrets!

Stephen started off well, he was keen and proactive, but as the process progressed, communication felt rushed and reliability became an issue after the offer was made. We also encountered a Commission % dispute that required the Principal’s intervention to have it resolved. Unfortunately, certain aspects of the overall experience left us feeling let down, both in terms of service and transparency, which was disappointing for all parties involved.
I am still blown away by the help I received from Steven and Sandra. There was a lot of work to be done with my property before sale. I had no idea where to start, and no understanding of the process. But from start to finish Steven and Sandra were incredible at explaining everything, and getting things DONE. Even going above and beyond to help with the renovations themselves. Biggest point of difference for me is that they don't come across as your classic real estate agents, they're just lovely people!
