I have known Stuart for many years, he actually sold my home to me 24 years ago and sold it for me the week prior to Christmas 2015. Only one minor hiccup with how the electric heating operated. It is in the ceiling but early in the campaign Stuart told some it was slab. He called each person to rectify the communication as some had shown displeasure with slab heating . A great auctioneer and worked very hard for us on a hot afternoon.
Stuart and his team were very supportive in the lead up planning to the sale, advertising and one on one discussion prior to the auction. The open houses were well advertised and outcome feedback was promptly made available to us. The people they recommended for landscaping, all building work and interior design were totally spot on. We chose Stuart because of his auctioneer skills and we were not disappointed as he got the top money from bidders. However, Buckingham & Company could do with implementing a customer relationship management system. Inspection appointments should be confirmed by phone text or email.
