Extremely misleading, on more then one Occassion, was given misleading and false information. From the listing. From the agent via email. And the sign board. Was lead to believe I was purchasing (in his words) “DA for two detached houses already approved and all the hard work and infrastructure charges paid!” These claims later turned out to be false. No DA approval. No charges paid. Fair trading will be notified. Disappointing that there has been no help from the agent to try resolve prior to taking legal action.

Stuart's communication skills are extraordinary. He keeps you informed every step of the way and promptly returns telephone calls. His assitance, honesty, friendly and caring personality were very much appreciated. We will be recommending and using Stuart again in the future.

This is the third time we’ve engaged Stuart to sell a property on our behalf. Once again we felt very comfortable in the knowledge that the sale of our investment property was handled in a professional manner and Stuart went above and beyond to secure a sale quickly for the maximum market price. Thanks again Stuart.

Stuart is the most professional Real Estate Agent my wife and I have come across to date. We have had a lot of property agents in the past, but not one with the expertise like Stuart Reeder. We couldn't recommend him more to anyone looking for a great experience. Thank you to Stuart and his team, we will be clients for life.

Great experience, good communication, they even offered for us to place the sold sticker on the sign!
