From the start, Stuart was professional and polite. He was also extremely positive and cheerful which in turn gave myself as a vendor confidence in what could be a stressful period. I found he truly worked for me as the vendor and in any particular situation would ask me "what would I like to happen or what price do I want" I guess a vendor cannot hope for much more than a suburb record from their agent.
