Our house was not, at the time, really on the market however when our next door neighbour's house was sold by Stuart at an exhorbitant price, along came an interested party in our own home! Being the outstanding agent that he is, he approached us and asked if we would be interested in selling to one of his many clients who had been at the auction next door. From the start, Stuart was professional and polite. He was also extremely positive and cheerful which in turn gave myself as a vendor confidence in what could be a stressful period.
