I have with met with Su over a few years to discuss my options for selling. I have always enjoyed her communication style and the fact that she has treated me as an individual respecting my boundaries and being sensitive to my needs. My initial dismay when I discovered her holidays coincided with my auction campaign were allayed by both the fact that she kindly made her mobile number available to me at all times and also because she had an equally professional team member Luke Elwin in charge, who worked with Su on all stages of the sale.

I approached Su a year prior to placing my property on the market and asked her to be honest with me in regards to an appraisal of my property and the state of the market at that time. I had known Su for some years and she advised me that to achieve my desired selling price, at the time, would mean a record price for a property of that type in that market. I appreciated her honesty and made a decision to hold off until the mood of the market had lifted. A year later when I made the decision to sell, Su was my go to person. I settled on an achievable price in what I believed to be a warming market. Su was in agreement. We were on the same page so far as price was concerned and Su supported my clear requirements in regards to low cost preparation and marketing which I believed would see both success as well as a higher return. The property went on the market on a Saturday with an open inspection and onto the internet with some excellent photos (as well as drone photos, which I highly recommend paying a small additional cost for). By Monday afternoon there was an offer and by Tuesday Su had sold it for 3% above the 'interest over' price on a thirty day settlement. You can't ask for a better result than!

Well I misted out on 3-4 places but that's the how strong the market is in Byron bay @ the moement & how fast you have to move , but the place I have bought every one saying that's the best out the lot & i feel thats the rite place for me , but @ the end day I only have sue Reynolds to thank for her hard work for myself to get this place & I couldn't be happier to recommend her to any future buyers or sellers i know who I be using next time... thank you sue Reynolds
