Well I misted out on 3-4 places but that's the how strong the market is in Byron bay @ the moement & how fast you have to move , but the place I have bought every one saying that's the best out the lot & i feel thats the rite place for me , but @ the end day I only have sue Reynolds to thank for her hard work for myself to get this place & I couldn't be happier to recommend her to any future buyers or sellers i know who I be using next time... thank you sue Reynolds

Thank you to Sue Reynolds for all her hard work and patience in finding and helping us with the purchase of our dream. We have been searching the Byron Bay market for over 2 years. Su made me feel very at ease with the sale of our property, as I was apprehensive at first regarding the whole process. She always kept us informed of any developments and gave us realistic options in making decisions. She remained optimistic throughout.

We have been clients of First National for thirty years and consequently had high expectations of Sue's professional expertise, these proved to be well justified. Sue demonstrated a well founded knowledge of the Byron Bay market and communicated her knowledge clearly and carefully starting with the work standard required for a quick sale at the best price. (please note that the house had been a rental property for over ten years). At no time did Sue try to pressure us with high pitched sales and technical talk, something for which we were both grateful. Sue carefully and clearly explained her plan for the sale explaining that there few houses in the area for sale and that she would have to feel out the price people were prepared to pay. I've been looking for my first investment property for some time. I saw this property and Su put me straight onto Luke from First National who made a special time for me to view it as I was unable to make the regular time. I loved it and my offer was accepted within days. It was how I always hoped it would be. Uncomplicated and the right feel.

I really liked to dal with Luke and he went out of his way to show me properties and to make a sale. What I was dissatisfied with was a promise that it was easy to sell my unit without being in the country. I asked before I left if any more papers needed to be signed and was assured all was done. It proved very difficult to do that
