I had the pleasure of dealing with Susan Crook when our son purchased a property that Susan was looking after. Susan Crook is the most amazing real estate agent and a beautiful person as well. She absolutely goes above and beyond the call of duty. Because our son chose the wrong conveyancer the settlement fell through 3 times before it finally went through. Susan was there every step of the way to keep both our son and us focused and informed about what was happening. She managed to smooth the waters with the other parties involved after each failed settlement. Susan checked in with us daily to check on our welfare as well as that of our son which was not her job. Without Susan’s efforts, including after hours and on weekends, this settlement would not have taken place. I can not give this lady enough praise for what she has done for us – forever grateful and in her debt. Susan clearly does this for the love of what she does, not just for the money. She has a huge heart.
