Susan James conducted herself as very professional without being over the top. She certainly knows the market and we chose her after speaking with a couple of other agents because we were impressed that she made notes on small details which could possible interest buyers. Appointments we made were always at the appointed time and perhaps sometimes she kindly spent a little more times discussing things with us to ensure we were comfortable with the process.
