Susan and Sebastian from her team are clearly busy agents in Murarrie and the surrounding suburbs. As a buyer the process of working with them was very good, but at times probably due to how busy they were there was a certain amount of lack of communication between them. There was also a small (but critical) mistake on the contract for sale which was picked up by the vendors solicitors when we had negotiated a price. They bring a very good knowledge of the area to the table.

We have bought and sold a number of properties over the years and Susan Mills would have to be the best agent that we have ever dealt with. Susan impressed us with her market knowledge and obvious integrity and together with Sebastian they make a formidable team. We were presented with a clear market strategy and achievable expectations. Throughout the whole process we were confident that they were working to achieve the best outcome for us.
