We approached multiple agents to sell our place at Murarrie in 2021. The other agents gave us low estimates and campaign that would have been very rushed. Susan’s results speak for themselves, she ran an unbelievable campaign, helped hs with staging the property and delivered a result which was one of the best for a Townhouse in Murarrie. Would totally recommend.
We bought a house through Susan back in June 2022. We met Susan at an open house in Murarrie and from the get go, she understood the kind of house we were after. We had been on the lookout in the market for about 5 months by then and no other agent understood our needs as well as Susan. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire settlement process .She was very prompt with her communication and also very honest. This enabled us to make our decisions faster. We highly recommend Susan to anyone who is looking for their next family home.
We've just completed our fourth property transaction with Susan Mills and we are yet again very happy with the outcome. In the current market, Susan's knowledge of the local area, and her ability to change and adapt strategies to keep up with changes are invaluable. She ably advised and supported us on styling and staging, and even arranged tradespeople and removals as needed. Whether you're a buyer or a seller, you won't be disappointed if you choose to engage Susan and her team. Outside of our property transactions, we've stayed in contact with Susan and we receive regular market updates. We have been very happy to work with Susan again, and consider her a friend.
Susan sold me this place originally and now sold it for me. She knows the area so well. Couldn't be happier with how easy she makes the whole process and the results she get. Looking forward to working with her and the team again.
Susan and her team at Belle Property were the consummate professional's. The local area specialist provided great assurance in both knowledge and outcome. Susan and her team were both coordinated and efficient, assisting with trades and presenting the property in outstanding condition the market. This achieved a better than expected result.
Susan is just amazing, from how she works with you when you buy a place to when you are selling your place with her. Her love for people makes these difficult experiences less stressful. She pays attention to detail and respects the buyers, which is really important. If you want an agent that will get you the best value for your property I can definitely recommend Susan.
Susan is like a that reliable family member you phone when you are in trouble - no matter what has happened you can rely on them. Susan was always quick to answer our queries, quell our concerns and offer professional and awesome advice, all while making you feel comfortable in what can be a very confusing time. Susan and her team were awesome! Thank you
We did not appreciate being forced to reveal our probable purchase offer before the agent would agree to give us a second viewing. The first viewing was during an Open Inspection in the dark, with windy and raining weather. Our request for a second viewing during working hours on a Friday was not unreasonable, and we felt as though we were being judged as not being serious buyers. Also, several requests for more information were not forthcoming in the expected timely and professional manner. Despite the agent having a friendly manner, we were generally disappointed with our experience.
This is the second property I have sold through Susan Mills and Belle property. I continue to be impressed with Susan's knowledge in real estate and property especially market trends and how to best present your property to maximise your return. Just like the first property I sold through Susan, this one also eclipsed sales expectations. Thank you Susan for another amazing outcome!
Selling our investment property with difficult tenants is not an easy task. Susan however managed it to be stress free for all parties involved. She went over and above for us, to achieve a great sales result about our expectations. But also offered great assistance to the buyer to secure the property. Susan is very thorough, reliable, honest and easy to deal with and always supported by her fantastic team. I can only highly recommend Susan.
We are so grateful & very impressed with Susan’s, Georgina’s & Lochlan’s work. They are dedicated & do their best in helping not just selling of the property, but also support us as the individuals. Their advice is so much valuable. We can’t say highly enough for what they have done. Although we are in different state, they are fully can be entrusted. Thanks to God & our friend in Melbourne who recommends us to Susan.
